With over 30 years of experience, D Shaun Garisch Civil & Structural Engineering Consulting offers professional services locally, based on the 2021 ECSA Guideline Professional Fees. Construction monitoring (Levels 1, 2 or 3 subject to project requirements) in terms of clause 3.3.2 of Government Gazette 44333 of 26 March 2021 may also be undertaken.
Lump sum fees, percentage fees, and/or time-based fees, together with disbursements, are negotiable and subject to agreement with clients.

Structural Engineering
Our main local focus regarding structural services is residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Structural services include planning, analysis, design, inspection, monitoring, maintenance, rehabilitation, reports and demolition of permanent and temporary structures – constructed in timber, brickwork, structural steel, light frame steel and precast, prestressed and reinforced concrete.
Civil Engineering
Our extensive experience in civil works facilitates design and construction of services associated with building works, such as roads, parking lots, foul sewers, water supply (potable, fire, TSE), and storm water management. Geotechnical and topographical services are sourced externally, as required.
